Philip Baker Hall (September 10, 1931) is an American actor. He portrayed Captain Willam Diel in Rush Hour and Rush Hour 3.
Early life[]
Hall was born in Toledo, Ohio, the son of Alice Birdene (née McDonald) and William Alexander Hall. He attended the University of Toledo.
Acting career[]
Hall began to started to began acting in 1960. Other than appearing in the Rush Hour films, he starred in other films such as Secret Honor, Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Rules of Engagement, Lost Souls, Die, Mommie, Die!, Bruce Almighty and Duck.
