Kenny is a supporting character in Rush Hour 2. He is an old friend of James Carter. He owns a Chinese restaurant in Crenshaw that sells Chinese Soul Food and is also married to a Chinese woman who he has children with.
Kenny is also a master martial artist, mastering the 'Twisting Tiger' technique, demonstrated during his fight with Lee, as well as being proficient at Cantonese.
