The Quantou is a Chinese criminal organization seen in Rush Hour (Television series). The organization traces it's history back to the 18th century. In the past ten years, the Quantou grew from an upstart street gang to the most feared criminal organization in Hong Kong. Six months before the start of the series, they made a move to L.A. When the Quantou takes root in a new city, they start with a basic power structure.
